Delivery in the Netherlands takes place within 1 – 4 working days (Note: if you order in the weekend, shipping takes a day longer) and is done with PostNL for €5.75. If you have not received your delivery in 15 days, please contact us than via: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you to receive your package as soon as possible.

Some products are in high demand and if the products are sold out in the warehouse, staff might wait a few days if they are expecting new arrivals. During times of high traffic, such as public holidays, there may be slightly longer delivery times.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order is processed. You will also receive a dispatch e-mail when your order has left the warehouse. This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. If there are any mistakes made in the shipping address we are not responsible for lost packages.

Exchange & Returns:
Xenna Jewels wants you to be happy with your purchases from its collection. Therefore you have an approval period of 14 days (excluding sale items). If your purchases does not fulfill your expectations, you can return the (unused) items within 14 days with all tags in original packaging and the filled return form inside the package. If you have not received this form you can contact us. After all, if we get your package and it is not used or damaged you will receive the paid amount back. If you want to exchange the item for example for a different size or color, than you have to contact us for a replacement to the default delivery address on your account. The costs for returns and exchanging are for the customers themselves. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage save as you will need this as your proof of return.
Process of returns:
If your return reaches us we will process it as soon as possible. You will receive an e-mail about the status of your return. Once you received a confirmation that you returned the item(s) within the specified period and if the items are in good condition, we will repay the amount you paid as soon as possible to your bank account. This may take up to a maximum of 14 days.
All jewelry that is purchased at www.xennajewels.com is warranty included. For the products of Xenna Jewels there are some rules related to the guarantee. The warranty begins on the date of purchase, which is shown on the order receipt. To claim the warranty at Xenna Jewels, you can basically get in touch with us via: firstname.lastname@example.org. So that we can judge the damaged item and come up with a solution. When a complaint or damaged item falls within the warranty of Xenna Jewels, it will be repaired.
All the items of Xenna Jewels have a warranty of 6 months after purchase. This guarantee therefore only covers defects in materials and manufacturing faults.
